Input:for 220V power voltage:pin 4 and 9 short,pin 1 and 6 input 220V.
for 110V power voltage:pin 1,9 and 4,6 short,then pin 1 and 4 input 110V.
Output:For single-way:pin 14 and 19 short,pin 12 and 17 output with pin
14,17 and 12,19 short,pin 12 and 17 output with one
For double-way:pin 12,14 and pin 17,19 each output with one time voltage
and one time current.
